Covenant Philanthropic Solutions is an Orange County based consulting firm specializing in coming alongside nonprofit organizations with a need to improve, innovate, or scale their fundraising enterprises in committed partnership. Our specialties include Capital and Comprehensive Campaigns, Development Staffing, Fundraising Strategic Planning, and Coaching/Mentoring/Training.

 Founded in 2008 by Jim and Claudia Looney, Covenant Philanthropic Solutions is a leading fundraising consulting and management firm with partnerships that cover all sectors of the nonprofit industry and major parts of the globe. Today, though Jim is now retired, Covenant is led by some of the most recognized and respected fundraising professionals in Southern California.
