Campaign Management and Counsel looks different for every organization. Some clients need near full-time strategic support in the early months; others benefit from regular advisory counsel as their internal team leads execution. Covenant scales to fit your capacity and budget.
Campaigns typically span one to five years, with the highest level of Covenant involvement in the first six months. Throughout the engagement, you'll have a consistent point of contact and direct access to senior-level expertise.
